Dryland Storage

Canoe Cove offers dryland storage in our 200,000 square foot yard for both storage or for do it yourself project work, from bottom painting and zincs to more advanced maintenance and repairs.  We are a full service boat yard and will be happy to offer advice on technical problems or questions you may have.

Please take a moment to read through our yard policies:

  • Power sanding and grinding is not permitted. Please discuss alternatives with management.
  • Parking is not permitted in the yard, however, you may park in the gravel lot behind the buildings.  Parking passes are available from the marine store.
  • It is not suitable to live on boats in dryland storage. Please make the necessary arrangements.
  • Do not move or tie anything to the stands. If you would like the stands moved please ask the staff for assistance.
  • Do not dig holes in the yard as it can be hazardous to the travel lift.
  • The area around your boat must be kept clean. You will be charged for unnecessary clean up and your launch may be delayed..
  • A launch slip is required for launch and must be obtained from the marina office (8 am – 4:30 pm Mon – Fri) prior to launching.  This will indicate to the travel lift operators that the boats is authorized to launch.
  • All accounts must be settled before launch.
