English style pub nestled in the woods near Canoe Cove Marina and the BC Ferry terminal at Swartz Bay. The pub has a wide selection of beers on tap and in bottles, wide wine selection focusing on VQA BC wines. A limited but appetizing menu covers everything from hamburgers to steak.
The Stonehouse Pub building is about 70 years old, built by Hugh Rodd stone by stone originally as a family home. In 1985 the stone house became the Stonehouse Pub and since that time has been a favorite destination for friends, neighbors and visitors to the Saanich Peninsula.
